How does the "Minimum Balance" work?
Discounts are available only while your wallet balance is above the tier threshold. For example, as long as your balance remains above $999, you receive the 5% "Professional" discount on all leads.
What happens if my balance drops below the limit?
If your wallet balance falls below the tier threshold (e.g., drops below $999), you will temporarily revert to Standard pricing. To regain your 5% or 10% discount, simply top up your wallet to bring the balance back above the required amount.
Do my wallet funds expire?
Never. Your funds remain in your wallet indefinitely until you use them to purchase leads. We do not charge inactivity fees.
How does the refund process work?
If you purchase a lead with a disconnected number, raise a support ticket within 24 hours of purchase via the Contact Us page with all lead details. Our team will review the request, and if valid, the refund will be credited to your wallet within 48 hours.
What if a lead changes their mind after the call?
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind." If the audio recording clearly verifies that the prospect expressed interest and intent at the time of the call, the lead is considered valid and billable. We cannot be held responsible for a prospect's change of heart after our verification process is complete.
Are there any hidden setup fees?
None. Account creation is free. You only pay for the credits you load into your wallet.
